Return and Cancellation Policy
Color Printing Pros does not accept any cancellations or issues any refunds once an order has been processed. An order is considered processed when the customer has approved proof(s) and okayed to proceed to printing. The accounting department will then charge customer's credit card before the order goes into production.
We do our best to make sure your order is printed to specifications and is of the excellent quality our customers come back for. However, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate. If upon investigation, we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it. We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting.
Color Matching
Color Printing Pros will reproduce submitted files, matching the colors as closely as possible; however, we do not guarantee color matching. If any print job is color critical, customer should request a match print proof. A contract proof will be provided at an additional fee. Customer must return signed hard copy proofs in order to proceed. Shipping of proofs (both to and from) are at customer's expense. Specific color matching may require custom job.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times begin when the customer has accepted their proof. For next day orders, customers will have to approval proof and email okay to print before 9:30 am (Pacific Time) in order to receive next day service. No turnaround time quoted is contractual. Every effort is made to meet quoted time schedule. Incomplete order forms or artwork will delay the process.
Delivery times are subject to the contingencies of transportation, unavoidable accidents, strikes, delays, and conditions beyond our control. Exact date of delivery cannot be guaranteed, but are approximated as nearly as possible.
Artwork and File Retention
Color Printing Pros is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Color Printing Pros is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Color Printing Pros is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
Color Printing Pros is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all artwork submitted to Color Printing Pros. The customer is responsible for proofing their layout, design and copy carefully before submitting.
We do archive files for up to 1 year for reorders; however, we are not responsible for any files lost. Customers are advised to save a copy of all artwork.
Privacy Policy
Color Printing Pros does not share any information collected for order processing or from inquiries with any other company or website. All credit Card information is only used to bill the customer for products and services ordered.
Samples of customer printed materials can be used for Color printing Pros sales and marketing purposes.
Proofs
All digital proofs provided are for positioning, layout, and content. They are not to match color. They are provided to the customer in low resolution.
Color Printing Pros is not liable for color matching or ink density on digital proofs approved by the customers. Digital proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Digital proofs do not show transparency and over print issues neither do they show color change from RGB to CMYK.
Application of UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Color Printing Pros is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.
When a job is coated with UV then scored and/or folded, the job may crack on fold. During use, these cracks may become bigger and the ink may start to chip off. Cracking is normal when coated jobs are scored and/or folded. Color Printing Pros does not accept responsibility for cracking.
Once a proof is sent, the job will not be processed unless the proof is accepted.
Once approved, the customer accepts the responsibility that the files are set correctly and the order will then go through the printing process. In case we notice any problems with the files we will do our best to contact the customer and work together on receiving new files.
If a job is color critical, the customer should request match prints. This process will delay job completion since a match print will have to be mailed for approval and additional charges are applied.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the day emailed to customer. All quotes are generated based on the specifications the customer submits. If any of the specifications changes or the order is being placed after the 30 days, a new quote is required.
Shortages/Overages
Trade customs in the printing industry considers acceptable shortages and overages of 5%. Color Printing Pros does their best to minimize this percentage, but we encourage customers who will need a specific number of printed materials for mailing to order extra pieces. Overruns or underruns not to exceed five percent (5%) of the amount ordered shall constitute an acceptable delivery.
Acceptance of Job
Acceptance of one copy of a finished piece constitutes acceptance of all copies ordered. Acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale will apply not only to the first job and sales agreement but all future jobs and sales agreements unless Color Printing Pros is notified in writing prior to any future sales agreements or Color Printing Pros notifies customer in writing prior to acceptance of sales agreement. All claims must be made within five business days after receipt of goods.
Litigation
Should any litigation be commenced between purchaser and Color Printing Pros, concerning this or any future orders, purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, if it is determined that Color Printing Pros is or was not at fault.

They are solely responsible for proofing and will not hold COLOR PRINTING PROS responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions which occur. Customer also guarantees the legal propriety of all materials submitted and insures that no matter submitted violates any copyright or trade names.
The above conditions of sale are trade customs in the printing industry throughout the United States of America and are not subject to change except by authorization through Color Printing Pros.
