Orders will be accepted upon the express condition that deliveries are subject to the contingencies of transportation, unavoidable accidents, strikes, delays, and conditions beyond our control. Exact date of delivery cannot be guaranteed, but will be approximated as nearly as possible. Turnaround time begins after written receipt of final proof approval.

Orders regularly entered cannot be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate Color Printing Pros for administrative costs and expenses for work preformed. If a job is cancelled after a proof is furnished, a minimum $50.00 fee will be charged. Once approval is given, all charges will apply.

Prices include one (1) digital online PDF proof. If Epson color proof is requested ($15 per page), first class mail is standard at no charge. Job can not proceed until signed proof is returned. In order expedite job, additional charges for next day shipping is optional.

All media is non-returnable unless prior arrangements are made. Acceptable applications for Mac & PC include (but are not limited to)
Quark Xpress, Adobe PageMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and PDF.

Additional charges may apply if furnished media does not follow guidelines and specifications found in "How To Prepare Files" section of Color Printing Pros website.

All approved alterations performed by Color Printing Pros will be charged at $90.00 per hour based on increments of 15 minutes. Any replacement file that must be re-RIPed will be charged a minimum of $45.00- actual price determined depending on changes or alterations necessary and size of file..

Overruns or underruns not to exceed five percent (5%) of the amount ordered shall constitute an acceptable delivery. If you require guaranteed "no less than" delivery, percentage tolerance of the overage must be doubled additional charges for paper will be applied.

Sketches, designs, layouts & photographs produced or furnished by Color Printing Pros shall remain the physical and intellectual property of Color Printing Pros. And only limited rights may be purchased for specific additional use. Price quoted are based on usage. Color of ink used, unless otherwise specified, will be standard four color process colors. Exact duplication of colors of ink and other materials is not guaranteed, but every consistent effort will be made to follow be accurate within the limits of the process. Paper stock furnished will be as true to grade, finish and color, as mills are supplying.

Color Printing Pros is not to be held responsible for the content of customer supplied files . Legal ownership and or the right to use of the content of submitted file is solely the responsibility of the customer who submitted the files. Ownership of photographs, art, text, size, layout, design or arrangement of any flag, trademark, logo, copyright, or any subject matter required by law, that is printed or omitted on the material herein solely the responsibility of the customer. Color Printing Pros assumes the customer has the legal rights to use all submitted material. In the event Color Printing Pros is named in any legal action the customer shall be responsible for all costs, fees and fines associated with the said legal action and hold Color Printing Pros innocent of any wrong and harmless.

Quotations are made subject to acceptance within 30 days; otherwise the right is reserved to alter quotations to conform to existing conditions of manufacture and supply.

Orders given to representatives of our company are subject to actual acceptance and confirmation through Color Printing Pros.

No conditions of sale, delivery, terms of payment, or manufacturing instructions will be accepted unless specified in a proposal or a written addendum is signed by both parties.If later changes in specifications or design are made on the order, it is understood by the parties hereto that said changes may defer delivery date, and also will correspondingly change prices named herein.

Acceptance of one copy of a finished piece constitutes acceptance of all copies ordered. Acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale will apply not only to the first job and sales agreement but all future jobs and sales agreements unless Color Printing Pros is notified in writing prior to any future sales agreements or Color Printing Pros notifies customer in writing prior to acceptance of sales agreement.

Claims must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Interest at the rate of one and one half percent (1 1/2%) per month will be charged on all accounts unpaid 30 days after date of shipment.

All stock or merchandise belonging to customers, that has been billed to them, or that for any reason is stored for them, will be held and stored only at customer's risk. Every reasonable care and protection will be exercised. Color Printing Pros will not be held liable or loss or damage.

Should any litigation be commenced between purchaser and Color Printing Pros, concerning this or any future orders, purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, if it is determined that Color Printing Pros is or was not at fault.

I agree that I am solely responsible for proofing and will not hold COLOR PRINTING PROS responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions which occur. I also guarantee the legal propriety of all materials submitted and insure that no matter submitted violates any copyright or trade names.

The above conditions of sale are trade customs in the printing industry throughout the United States of America and are not subject to change except by authorization through Color Printing Pros.
