We print our letterheads and matching envelopes on large sheets of paper on large color presses so we can print over the edges of the trimmed sheet. What's the advantage, you ask. We are one of a very few printing services that can print full bleed letterheads and envelopes. Most printers using small presses and precut stock and cannot print to the edge of the paper. We print your envelopes on the same paper and then convert them. This process is by far the best way to print quality full color stationery.

| FAQ and FILE REQUIREMENTS |
Be sure to read our FAQ and FILE REQUIREMENTS to avoid common production problems. Remember that you are responsible for supplying correct printing files. No one can print a great job using bad files. Use print industry standard software programs such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, and Quark Express- if possible. We do our best to help whenever possible to correct files but we can't help you make last minute changes if you use an obscure or free online design program. Make sure all your files are 300 dpi and cymk.
The printing process uses CYMK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) to make all the possible colors that can be printed. RGB files must be converted to cymk and this conversion can change color. It's best to start out using CYMK so you can actually see the color you are using. If you are not sure about what you are doing, give us a call.
